Sustainable Development Practical Education

• Based on research, field work and current best practices.
• Teaching hands-on sustainable development practices at a central location or on-site.
• Eco-forestry school, Fish Farming model project, Brazil Nut harvesting and Agro forestry courses and workshops.
• Teach pricing, product chain development and marketing

Implementation and monitoring

• Select priority, highly visible groups to work with.
• Customize sustainable development plan for each group.
• Create specialized producer associations or cooperatives (ie. Inca Inchi).
• Support the implementation period with technical and operational assistance.
• Follow up monitoring and operational support.

Micro Finance

• Providing initial startup grants and loans
• Work with or develop local credit union to support savings for re-investment, and industry development
• Provide emergency loan fund

Develop fair-trade markets

• We will help connect local producers with better paying global fair trade markets. This helps locals get out of the poverty cycle.
• Help to create value added products (ie. oils, crafts)
• Help with eco-certification evaluation and monitoring
